Our new meeting rooms and ballrooms can accommodate private events of any size, from just a few up to a thousand participants. Our event planners can help with all the various details required to make your meetings and events a success; we can also cater your event, from the largest banquet and conference to the smallest coffee break. Yangon’s renowned sunlight streams into all our Meeting Rooms, each designed to facilitate your business success.

With a total of 10.000 sqf, the Inn Gyin Ball Room is one of the largest in Yangon. Three separate entrances, high ceilings, windows streaming in daylight, attached bathrooms, and the latest audio and visual systems all make this the perfect venue for every event, from exhibitions, conferences and trade shows to weddings and parties.

Located on the 7th floor, the Swe Daw room has Shwedagon and city views that will make you gasp. Over 5000 sqft, a hardwood dance floor, terrace space, and the attached Kattha room make this the ideal venue for mid-sized day meetings, private dinner events, or weddings and other family occasions.

The commercial center, located on the first floor and attached to the business center, has a number of meeting room in various sizes, from 300 sqf to more than 2000 sqf. Windows facing the gardens makes these a pleasant environment for all your smaller day meetings.

Overlooking the pool, the Rose garden Hotel gardens overlooks the lush greenery surrounding the hotel is the perfect venue for networking events, cocktail receptions and parties.

Preserve Myanmar” are Rose Garden Hotel’s ecologically sustainable Themed Meetings, providing delegates with recycled stationary, linen napkins and serving chilled lemon water instead of PVC bottles. All our meeting rooms provide ample daylight and both our lighting and cooling systems are eco efficient.

Our kitchen team uses as many organic ingredients as they can, and less than 10% of our products are imported from abroad.
