Most popular of all is the Raclette which is a semi-hard cow\u2019s milk cheese that is usually fashioned into a wheel of about 6 kg and scraped fresh from the grill to freshly baked bread, and some delicious cured Spanish Serrano ham on the bone, Salami Milano and more.<\/p>\n
